happy to share... Natural light, late afternoon at 4ish. Shot with a Canon 5D, EF100mm Macro at f2.8. ISO was 640 (the windows in the bedroom don't let in that much light, as there is a house right next to ours) and Shutterspeed was 1/60s. I stabilised the camera on my knee to be as still as possible. I then processed it in CaptureOne, but pretty sure you would get the same results in Lightroom, Aperture etc. What software are you using? Ahh and I shot in RAW! So I actually then just pressed the automatic colour correction etc button and tweaked the exposure and white balance a bit. It gets so much easier with a bit of practice! Let me know if you have any other questions.
I have a Nikon D40 and I just started shooting in RAW 2 days ago. I've had the camera for years and am just now figuring things out! It's both a blessing and a curse - my photos are already improving, but I also want more lenses. I'm using Lightroom for most things, and Photoshop for other stuff I can't get Lighroom to do. Just beautiful work all around. Thank you for sharing!
That is such a beautiful set of photos! Gorgeous and special.
ReplyDeleteOh how I love baby pictures! Great and heartwarming! I love it!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos!! How did you do the collage??
ReplyDeleteHi Singingrainbows :-) I did it in Photoshop, can let you know how I did it if you would like to know.
Deletethanks for your lovely comments. My "little baby" is already 18 months old though !
ReplyDeleteThese are just gorgeous! Those eyelashes! Those lips! I'd love to know your photo settings, if you'd share them - I'd love to get pictures like these.
